1. Delivery Charges

A delivery charge of £7.99 applies to all orders delivered to England, Wales and parts of Scotland.

A delivery charge of £15.00 applies to Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly.

From time to time, special postage promotions may apply to selected regions.

2. Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

The remaining order may be dispatched.

Orders may be delayed if incorrect address or contact details are provided.

3. Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Courier policies

Government actions

Adverse weather conditions

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Industrial action

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

4. Damaged or Missing Items

If the parcel is damaged upon delivery, you must reject it with the courier or report the damage immediately.

All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Original packaging must be retained for any claims.
