1. Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided that:

They are in original packaging

All labels and tags remain intact

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

Opened software/audio products

Sale items (exchange only)

3. Return Shipping

We do not provide free returns.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Proof of posting and adequate insurance are required.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Unacceptable Returns

Items returned outside our policy may not be refunded.

Such items may be returned to you at your expense.

6. Damage Due to Misuse

Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
